Connecting qualified professionals with long-term careers in Europe.
What you can rely on
Pre-verified employers
We check the conditions and suitability of both sides before the placement process begins.
Professionally and linguistically vetted professionals
You only see candidates who have completed our qualification and selection process.
The employer bears the cost
Fair recruitment based on the Employer Pays Principle: the professional pays no placement fees.
Support through to the professional licence to practise
A single dedicated contact throughout the entire journey. You are never passed on.
The starting point
The skills shortage is local. The solution is international!
International professionals. German standards. A predictable process.
Every unfilled treatment slot costs revenue, puts pressure on the team and lengthens waiting times for patients. At the same time, there are many qualified professionals internationally who are ready to come to Germany. What is missing is not motivation or qualification — but a partner who professionally guides the entire journey, from selection through language and recognition to a successful arrival.
ONEflow Recruiting makes international recruitment as straightforward as a local hire. We take on selection, recognition, language qualification, visa procedures and personal support. You are spared bureaucracy, uncertainty and months of effort — and gain a professional who convinces on expertise, fits into the team and wants to stay for the long term.

What we take on
The result is not a folder of CVs, but a filled position.

Recognition & visa
We fully prepare the professional recognition (an equivalence assessment under the professional act, the MPhG — the German Masseur and Physiotherapist Act). You, as the employer, start the fast-track visa procedure under Section 81a of the German Residence Act (AufenthG); the documents for it come ready-made from us.
We coordinate. The decision is made by the competent authority.
MPhGSection 81a AufenthGB2Search & selection
You see only candidates who match your position and whose qualification can be recognised in Germany. Qualification, professional accreditation, professional experience, level of language: all checked before you hold the first interview.
Language (B2)
Your future professional learns German up to CEFR level B2, the nationwide standard in Germany for the professional licence to practise, and reaches it before entry to the country. We organise the lessons. If your federal state additionally requires a specialist language examination, we plan for it from the outset.
Integration
We support relocation, dealings with the authorities and the first months within the team. Because a position is only filled once the professional stays.

Step by step
How the collaboration works: seven steps, clear roles.
Step 1: Initial consultation & requirements
We clarify the position, the requirements and the timeframe. You receive an honest assessment of whether this route is worthwhile for you. We also review your suitability as an employer in advance.
Step 2: Selection & introduction
You see only vetted candidates whose qualification can be recognised, each with a fully prepared profile. We have already done the pre-selection.
Step 3: Decision & fit
You decide who joins you. We align the expectations of both sides so that the working relationship holds from the very start.
Step 4: Language & preparation
Your future professional learns German up to B2. In parallel, we compile the documents for recognition. For you, this is the calmest phase of the entire process.
Step 5: Recognition (the MPhG)
We support the assessment of whether the qualification is equivalent to the German training. If the authority identifies differences, we organise the adaptation measure: a knowledge examination or an adaptation course.
Step 6: Visa: the fast-track procedure (Section 81a AufenthG)
You start the fast-track procedure for skilled workers at the immigration authority (Ausländerbehörde), usually by power of attorney. We prepare all documents and coordinate the appointments. The procedure can significantly shorten the waiting time for the visa.
Step 7: Arrival & integration
Relocation, dealings with the authorities, settling in at the workplace: we support your new professional until the professional licence to practise is in place and the start within the team has succeeded.
Recognition & law
Recognition is not an obstacle, but a regulated procedure.
Physiotherapy is a state-regulated profession in Germany: without a state professional licence to practise, no one may work as a physiotherapist. Three terms determine the path of your professional.
German at B2
German at CEFR level B2 is the nationwide standard for the professional licence to practise. Your future professional reaches this level before entering Germany. If your federal state additionally requires a specialist language examination, we plan for it from the outset.
Proof of German at level B2, plus a specialist language examination where the federal state requires it
Equivalence (MPhG)
The authority checks whether the training is equivalent to the German qualification. Where there are substantial differences, an adaptation measure follows: an aptitude test or a course. We only present candidates whose qualification can be recognised.

Faster visa (Section 81a)
The fast-track procedure for skilled workers can considerably shorten the wait for the visa. You initiate it as the employer, usually by power of attorney. We prepare all documents and coordinate the appointments.

Our difference
Why employers work with ONEflow Recruiting.

One profession, mastered in full.
We deliberately focus on a single profession: physiotherapy. This means we know the professional and legal framework in depth, not merely in breadth.
Support through to the professional licence to practise, not just to the contract.
We do not stop after the placement, but stay by your side until integration has succeeded.
Fair recruitment and clear rules.
The employer bears the cost, not the professional. We handle data in accordance with the GDPR. And you always know who is responsible for what.
Frequently asked questions
What employers ask most often.
Cost, duration, language, visa: the four points that usually come up first.
The costs of recruitment are borne by you as the employer, not by the professional. This principle is called the Employer Pays Principle and is the foundation of fair, legally sound recruitment. What this means specifically for your position depends on the scope and the general conditions; we discuss this openly in the initial consultation.
For this reason, we do not publish flat-rate figures.
This can only be answered responsibly on a case-by-case basis: the level of language, the recognition procedure and the visa determine the pace. The fast-track procedure for skilled workers under Section 81a of the German Residence Act (AufenthG) can significantly shorten the waiting time for the visa. We will give you a realistic timeframe for your specific case in the initial consultation.
Binding deadlines rest with the competent authorities, not with us.
The professionals reach German at CEFR level B2. This is the nationwide standard in Germany for the professional licence to practise in physiotherapy. Individual federal states may additionally require a specialist language examination; we clarify this for your location in advance. There is no general C1 requirement for physiotherapists (it applies only to certain academic healthcare professions such as doctors).
You, as the employer, start the fast-track procedure for skilled workers under Section 81a of the German Residence Act (AufenthG), usually by power of attorney at the competent immigration authority (Ausländerbehörde). We prepare the documents, coordinate the appointments and guide you through every step. Your part stays small: initiating the procedure and contributing the declarations that only you can provide.
The procedure and the decision rest with the authorities; this is not legal advice.
