For employers

International recruitment, with manageable effort for you.

Many employers hesitate because they expect a heavy workload and legal uncertainty. That is precisely what we take off your hands: we handle selection, organisation and support across the entire process. All that remains with you is what only you, as the employer, can do by law. This page shows what that is, what we handle and what you gain from it.

For employers

You decide and you hire. We handle the path to get there.

What we take on. What stays with you.

The division is deliberately uneven: all that stays with you is what no one can take off your hands.

This is what we take on

  • Search and pre-selection: you see only candidates whose qualification can be recognised.
  • Professional and language assessment, with a fully prepared profile for each candidate.
  • German lessons up to CEFR level B2. We plan in any specialist language examination required by your federal state.
  • Support with recognition under the professional act, the MPhG (the German Masseur and Physiotherapist Act), including a possible adaptation measure.
  • Preparation and coordination of the fast-track visa procedure under Section 81a.
  • Support with relocation, dealings with the authorities and integration on site.
  • A single point of contact, from the initial consultation to the professional licence to practise.

This stays with you

  • You decide which professional you hire.
  • You conclude the employment contract with the professional.
  • You start the Section 81a procedure, usually by power of attorney. The documents for it come from us.
  • You take on the professional onboarding within the team.

Your advantages

  • Predictability: You know at all times where the process stands and who is doing what by when.
  • Certainty in the procedure: we know the processes for recognition and the visa and guide you through them step by step. We do not provide legal advice; the decision is made by the authority.
  • A long-term placement: Selection and integration are designed so that the professional stays. That saves you the next costly re-hire.

Cost principle: the employer pays, not the professional

The costs of recruitment are borne by you as the employer. The professional pays nothing. This principle is called the Employer Pays Principle and is the foundation of fair, legally sound recruitment from abroad. What this means specifically for your position depends on the scope and the general conditions; we discuss this openly in the initial consultation. For this reason, we do not publish flat-rate figures.

What you can rely on

  • Pre-verified employers

We check the conditions and suitability of both sides before the placement process begins.

  • Professionally and linguistically vetted professionals

You only see candidates who have completed our qualification and selection process.

  • The employer bears the cost

Fair recruitment based on the Employer Pays Principle: the professional pays no placement fees.

  • Support through to the professional licence to practise

A single dedicated contact throughout the entire journey. You are never passed on.
