How we work
Before we bring the two sides together, we check both. Employers are verified in advance; professionals go through a fixed professional and language pre-selection. We then support the entire process: application, documents, language, recognition, visa, relocation and integration. You have a single point of contact and know at all times who is doing what by when.
Standards & ethics
Fair recruitment is not an add-on for us but a foundation. The costs of recruitment are borne by the employer, not by the professional (the Employer Pays Principle). Beyond this, we are guided by recognised rules of fair international recruitment, among them the logic of the RAL quality mark 'Faire Anwerbung' (Fair Recruitment), the code of practice of the World Health Organization (WHO) and the principles of the International Labour Organization (ILO). We understand these rules as guidance; they are not a quality seal we have been awarded.
